1. Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
    A: We are an OEM/ODM factory.

2. Q: How long is your delivery time?
    A: Generally it takes 15-20 days.

3. Q: What payment methods your company accepts?
    A: We accept T/T. 50% as a deposit, 50% must be paid before the goods are shipped.

5. Q: Could we print our logo on the LED screen?
    A: Of course. Please let us know all the details soon before production.

6. Q: Whether to provide technical training(installation training and use training)?
    A: Yes, we offer full service, including pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service, you can rely on me.

7. Q: LED display models are generally expressed in PX, such as P2 P3 P4...P8, P10, what does this mean?

    A: It means that the pixel pitch is 2mm, 3mm,4mm...10mm, which determines the resolution of a display. Pixel pitch is smaller and LED display resolution is higher.

8. Q: To order a display, what kind of information do I have to offer you?
    A: You should provide the width/height of the display, the main use, the viewing distance, the scene photos, and special requirements, then we can provide you with a detailed list of quotations.
